Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $0.76 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.77 per share. This compares to FFO of $0.85 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an FFO surprise of -1.30%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this health care real estate investment trust would post FFO of $0.76 per share when it actually produced FFO of $0.76, delivering no surprise.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus FFO estimates just once.

Omega Healthcare Investors, which belongs to the Zacks REIT and Equity Trust – Other industry, posted revenues of $239.43 million for the quarter ended September 2022, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 4.15%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $281.67 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates just once over the last four quarters.
